ATMOSFERA [VOTO: 8]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Se amate le cr\u00eapes, l\u2019atmosfera da bistrot francese, la fauna variopinta e un po\u2019 borderline di San Salvario, questo \u00e8 il vostro posto. Il locale \u00e8 un bijoux: piccolissimo, accogliente, illuminato da lampadine avvolte in tovagliette di carta, arredato con tavoli e sgabelli in legno chiaro, un grande specchio barocco, le caricature di artisti celebri. A completare l\u2019opera, il dehors sul fascinoso largo Saluzzo.<\/p>\n

CUCINA [VOTO: 8 \u00bd ]<\/p>\n

Nonostante il menu proponga esclusivamente cr\u00eapes e gauffres, ce n\u2019\u00e8 abbastanza per un\u2019esperienza libidinosa. Adonis utilizza prodotti di primissima qualit\u00e0 come le farine macinate a pietra del Mulino della Riviera di Dronero. Le cr\u00eapes, sia salate che dolci, sono ricche, abbondanti, belle da vedere, buone da mangiare. Il top? La super-gustosa Marzamemi con bottarga di tonno, pecorino, olive e caco-mela, e l\u2019appagante Madama Cristina con zucca al forno, camembert e cipolle glassate. Altre tentazioni? La cr\u00eape Alpi con speck, roquefort, noci e prugne, la Arnad con lardo, patate, fonduta e cipollotti, la Brian\u00e7on con formaggio di capra, noci e miele. Tra le cr\u00eapes dolci, vince su tutte la Adonis (dulce de leche, confettura di fichi, crema chantilly). Anche la straripante Marr\u00f2n con crema di marroni e marr\u00f2n glac\u00e9 \u00e8 una gioia per le papille. Non manca un omaggio al quartiere con la cr\u00eape San Salvario a base di pere (intese come frutta\u2026). E poi le classiche: cr\u00eape Suzette, le varianti a base di Nutella (con cocco, con le banane), di confettura o di zucchero. Il tutto diventa sublime sorseggiando un calice di freschissimo sidro, dolce o dry.<\/p>\n

PREZZI [VOTO: 7]<\/p>\n

\u00c8 vero, 10 euro per una cr\u00eape possono sembrare troppi. A giustificarli, per\u00f2, sono la qualit\u00e0 e la generosit\u00e0 delle porzioni. Interessante il brunch della domenica a 15 euro.<\/p>\n

PIATTO FORTE<\/p>\n

Per chi apprezza il sapore intenso della bottarga, la cr\u00eape Marzamemi \u00e8 un must.<\/p>\n

La cr\u00eape Marr\u00f2n \u00e8 talmente ricca di ingredienti che, quasi quasi, si farebbe a meno del cioccolato fondente.<\/p>\n
